Learned Counsel for the Petitioner makes statement that she has no instructions from the legal heirs of the deceased-Petitioner. 3.

In view of the fact that the Petitioner is sole Petitioner and he is dead on 6th December, 2024, hence, petition stands dismissed as abated.
