The learned A.P.P. informs that the chargesheet is already filed. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants makes oral prayer for grant of time so as to enable him to amend the application. The prayer stands rejected.

Since now the chargesheet is filed, we are not inclined to entertain this application. If advised, the applicants can approach the concerned Court by filing an application with a prayer to discharge them from the proceeding. In case such an application is filed by the

criapln5217-2015 applicants in the concerned Court within a period of two weeks from today, the concerned Court shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible; however, within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing the application. With these directions, the criminal application stands dismissed.
