Heard. On the instructions of Mr. B.

Vijaya Kumar, Curator of Indira Gandhi Zoological Park, Visakhapatanam, Andhra Pradesh who is present before the Court, Mr. Kadam, learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.3 and 5 submits that both the elephants were transported from Aurangabad and safely reached to Visakhapatanam and now they are being maintained in well condition in Indira Gandhi Zoological Park at Visakhapatanam, Andhra Pradesh.

In the light of submissions made by learned counsel Mr. Kadam, learned counsel appearing for the respective parties jointly submits that purpose of filing this Public Interest Litigation is served.

In that view of the matter, the Public Interest Litigation stands disposed of.
