The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had applied for the transfer from the M.V.P. Samaj's college, Nasik to Omkarnath Malpani Law College, Sangamner. The request was rejected solely on the ground that petitioner has failed in more than one subjects.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to revaluation, the petitioner has passed in both the subjects. 3.

The respondent no.2 shall consider, if the petitioner has passed in all the subjects, to transfer her as may be permissible. The said decision shall be taken immediately, as it is submitted that tomorrow is the last date for filing exam forms.

The impugned order is set aside. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
