We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no.4 to forward petitioner'

s proposal within four weeks to respondent no.5, who shall take appropriate decision in accordance with law as interpreted in the matter of Janabai d/o Himmatrao Thakur Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors. reported in 2019 (6) Mh.L.J. 769, within four weeks of receipt of the proposal from the respondent no.4.
