Learned counsel for applicant submits that affidavit of service has already been filed, referring further to that one of the respondents has not accepted the notice.

Time of twelve weeks as requested for deposit of amount as directed pursuant to order dated 17-08-2015 stands extended with effect from 12-10-2015. It is expected that the amount would be so deposited, else further orders including vacating of interim relief would be passed.
