The learned Counsel for the respondent points out that an alternate remedy is available to the petitioner.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Counsel for the respondent, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the State and file a second revision against the impugned order. 3.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is grave urgency in the matter. In the event the petitioner files such a revision, he may apply for an interim order before the revisional authority. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the matter. 4.
