1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with FIR bearing Crime No.I-0631/2024, registered with the Pathardi Police Station, Tq. Pathardi, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 327, 324, 323, 141, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3] The allegation against the applicant is that the applicant has used iron rod to assault one Raosaheb, so also, the allegation against the applicant is that he has caught hold the lady-informant and had snatched the gold chain [Mangalsutra].

4] It is apparent that the case is arising out the civil dispute between the parties and there is cross complaint between the parties i.e. Crime No. 0639/2024. In the said FIR, this Court, by order dated 14.10.2024 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1620/2024, has granted anticipatory bail in favour of the applicants therein and in the said order this Court observed that the allegation of snatching Mangalsutra and mobile phone could be by way of over implication.

5] This Court, by order dated 18th September, 2024, has granted interim protection in favour of the applicant and the applicant has attended the police station and has co-operated with the investigation. Considering the nature of injury on one Raosaheb, being simple in nature, the interim protection granted by order dated 18th September, 2024 stands confirmed, on the following conditions :

i] The applicant shall attend the concerned police as and when called by the Investigating Officer. ii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case.

iii] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

6] In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled.

7] It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

8] The application stands disposed of.
