Mr. Kale, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, at the time the tender was issued the liability of the petitioner to pay VAT was 5% and same was increased to 12% GST is under active consideration of the State Government. The decision would be taken by the State Government in this regard.

The respondents shall take decision in that regard
