The applicant seeks relaxation of the condition to attend the police station once in a week i.e. on every Saturday between 10 am to 2 pm till filing the charge sheet. The condition was imposed on 18.12.2023. Since then, he was attending the police station. However, the charge sheet has not been filed. He submits that he was just asked to sign the papers and he was not interrogated. The prescribed period of limitation for filing charge sheet has already been over. Therefore, there appears substance in the application and the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.
