When it was pointed out that by prayer clause 'C' the petitioner is merely seeking a direction to the respondent No.3 Collector to remove encroachment from the Government/Gairan Land bearing Gut No.209 but already this Court in suo moto PIL No.2/2022 of the Principal Seat has taken cognizance and is considering the issue regarding encroachment on the Gairan Land, the learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.

Leave is granted.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
