DATE : 07th February, 2025 Per Court :- Though the petitioners are coming with several prayers starting from registration of crime under the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 1999 (for short, 'the MPID Act') and are seeking some course to be followed pursuant thereto, as the learned AGP informs us, on instructions, that already crime has been registered as Crime No.30/2024 including the provisions of the MPID Act, all prayers touching the assets will have to be considered and can be considered legitimately only by the court designated under that Act.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to resort to appropriate remedies by approaching the designated court.
