Heard Mrs Bharaswadkar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

Perusal of the record shows that the petitioners have approached this Court during the pendency of the Original Application filed before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. An interim order was passed and the same was directed to continued till the disposal of the Original Application by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. The

635.16cp (2) Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, by its detailed judgment and order, dismissed the said Original Application. 3.

In view of the aforesaid fact, learned Counsel for the petitioners admits that the petition presented before this Court on a grievance of non-compliance of an interim order, losts its efficacy and accordingly prays for withdrawal of the petition. She then submitted that the petitioners have certain grievances about their non payment of due and payable service benefits and they be permitted to raise this grievance before the competent forum by availing the appropriate legal remedies. 4.
