The petitioner is assailing the order thereby rejecting objection of the petitioner challenging seniority. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for the respondent No. 1 and submits that the petitioner can avail remedy U/Sec. 79 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. In that event all contentions are kept open. No costs.
