Mr. Pathan, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that, since nine months appeal is pending before the Scrutiny Committee against the order of the Sub Divisional Officer rejecting applications for issuance of tribe certificates of 'Koli Mahadev' (Scheduled Tribe). As yet notice is also not issued in the said matters.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents.

The Scrutiny Committee shall decide the appeals filed by petitioners expeditiously and preferably within a period of six
