We have heard the learned Advocates for the Petitioner and representing Respondent Nos.2 and 3/Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon.

The Petitioner has put forth prayer clause (C), which reads as under :- "C) By way of appropriate writ, order or direction in the like nature, this Hon'ble High Court may kindly direct the respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the representations / applications dated 13/02/2013, 13/01/2014, 08/06/2017, 27/01/2024 and 13/08/2024 submitted by the petitioner, in

10229.24wp (2) the light of the ratio laid down by this Hon'ble High Court in the case of Vithal Fakruji Madavi and others V/s. Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur and others (Supra)."

The learned Advocate for the Respondents/Zilla Parishad submits on instructions that the representations of the Petitioner, mentioned in prayer clause (C), would be dealt with by the Zilla Parishad in the light of the pronouncement of this Court. 4.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

We expect the decision of the Zilla Parishad on the representations, by following the due procedure laid down in law, within 60 days from today.
