Pursuant to the directions of this Court, the appellant/Acquiring Body has deposited 50% of the amount of compensation in each of these proceedings.

In these civil applications, the original claimants are seeking withdrawal of the amounts deposited by the Acquiring Body while preferring these appeals.

The learned advocate for the appellant-Acquiring Body opposes the requests.

Since these amounts pertain to acquisition of land, it would be appropriate to allow the original claimants to withdraw the same, subject to the condition that they shall furnish an undertaking in this Court to the efect that they shall deposit the amounts back as and when directed by the Court. 6.
