P., submits that after the notice has been issued, Crime No. 07 of 2022 came to be registered at City Police Station, Udgir, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 66, 73 and 74 of the Information & Technology Act, 2000. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the same, purpose of fling this writ petition is served.

In view of the above submission, writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
