Heard the learned A.G.P. and the learned counsel for contesting respondent No.2.

There are no satisfactory reasons for such inordinate delay of 5042 days caused in preferring the appeal. However, to protect the applicant, applications deserve to be allowed. Hence, the order;

ORDER

i) Applications No.13627 and 13629 of 2023 are allowed. ii) The delay caused in preferring appeal stand condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rs. Five Hundred) per month for the delayed period recoverable from the pocket/salary of the errant ofÏcer.

iii) The cost be deposited within four weeks from today. iv) On depositing the cost, issue notice to respondents, returnable on 12.08.2024.
