Mr. Jadhavar, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding was disposed of as the committee found the caste certifcate is not in proper form and proper nomenclature, and not issued by the competent authority. The petitioner applied for the correct caste certifcate in the proper form. The petitioner is issued with the fresh caste certifcate with the proper nomenclature and form. However, the committee has not accepted the same and insisting to fle fresh proposal along with documents.

The petitioner certainly has to fle the fresh proposal

19WP13027 which the petitioner shall fle in accordance with the law. After fling the fresh proposal, the petitioner can give an application to the committee for return of all the documents and the committee shall after verifying it, return the documents to the petitioner and the petitioner shall fle the same with the present proposal. Thereafter, the matter be decided by the committee. It is submitted that the vigilance is already conducted while deciding the earlier matter. Naturally, the vigilance is a matter of record which can also be considered by the committee. If the petitioner fles additional documents, naturally the committee will have to conduct the vigilance for the same also. The committee shall decide the proposal expeditiously.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
