The present writ petition has been filed for issuing directions to respondents to conduct investigation and submit the charge sheet. 2.

Learned APP submits the case status downloaded from E-Court Services wherein it is stated that the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Special Judge under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 yesterday. 3.

This fact is now accepted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner also under such circumstance, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Hence, writ petition stands disposed of.
