These applications are filed for withdrawal of 50% amount of compensation deposited by the acquiring body. 3.

Learned advocate for acquiring body has opposed the applications stating that no case is made out for withdrawal of compensation amount.

For the reasons stated in the applications, applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Applicants are permitted to withdraw amount of compensation along with proportionate accrued interest deposited by the acquiring body on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial).
