The applicant seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted in favour of respondent no.2 by this Court in anticipatory bail application no.427/2022 on the ground that, at his instance, FIR is lodged by the informant and after grant of anticipatory bail, the second informant has threatened him.

FIR in question is lodged by Assistant Sub-Registrar, Latur. The applicant claims to be RTI activists, who has complained about forgery and fabrication of documents by respondent no.2. to the office of Assistant Sub-Registrar, Latur.

This Court, after considering the matter on merits, has granted anticipatory to respondent no.2. The applicant has no locus to file present application seeking cancellation of bail. The application is therefore rejected.
