This Application is for condonation of delay of 7 days in filing Appeal against the judgment and order dated 10.05.2024 passed in RCA No. 14/2020. 2.

It is the case of the Applicant that after obtainment of the certified copy of the impugned judgment and order, some time was lapsed in between and as a result of which, 7 days delay is caused. 3.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 1 opposes condonation of delay.
