Present civil application is preferred with following prayers : "B] The registry may kindly be directed to pay the amount to the Applicant No.4 through the account which is standing with her Husband's name.
C] The Registry of this Hon'ble Court may kindly be directed to pay the amount through account of any of three applicants No.2 to 4." 2.
According to Mr.Syed, learned counsel, present applicants are original claimants in MACP No.716 of 2012 and are beneficiaries of compensation to the tune of Rs.12,42,300/-. He further pointed out that Insurance Company took exception to the same by filing First Appeal before this Court and the same is pending. He further
{2} CA 11531 OF 2025 submitted that during the pendency of appeal before this Court, applicant no.1 died, whereas applicant no.4 got married. That, in consequence of such marriage, bank account of applicant no.4 carried name of husband instead of name of father, which was noted in the Court record. That, supervening events of marriage mandated suffixing name of husband instead of father and therefore, learned counsel urges that Registry be directed to transfer the amount of applicant no.4 in the bank account wherein her name is reflecting with her husband.

Learned counsel for respondent Insurance Company fairly conceded that in view of above statement on affidavit, there is no reason to object.

Resultantly, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and "C" and the same is disposed of. ( ABHAY S. WAGHWASE ) JUDGE SPT
