Heard Mr. Anjanwatikar, the learned advocate for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 7.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, the State under the M. P. I D. Act attached 308 immovable and 17 movable properties of the respondent No. 9 and competent authority is also appointed under the M. P. I. D. Act. 3.

The notifications U/Sec. 4(1) of the said Act have been

2 wp 1361.18 issued accordingly on 29.11.2017, 07.04.2016 and 01.06.2018. 4.
