This matter was heard for some time. A pass over was granted to both the sides to take instructions. 2.
The learned Advocate representing respondents No. 3 and 4 submits on instructions that though respondent No. 4 is of the belief that the documents which were to be supplied to the petitioner, have been supplied earlier and, which statement is seriously contradicted by the petitioner, he would remain present in the offce of respondent No. 3 on 5th July, 2022 at 12 noon. He would bring all

The learned Advocate for petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner would appear before respondent No. 3 on 5th July, 2022, at 12 noon and collect the documents supplied to him by issuing an acknowledgment receipt clearly mentioning the number of pages that are being delivered to him. 4.
The competent authority to supply the documents to the petitioner free of charge.

In view of the above, the statements made by the litigating parties are recorded and this petition is, therefore, disposed off.
