The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the matters were settled in the Lok-Adalat. On instruction, the counsel seeks leave of this Court to withdraw Writ Petition Nos. 1045/2021 and 2055/2020. 2.

In view of the above, the first appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. Pending civil applications, if any, are also disposed of. 3.

The appellants are at liberty to apply for refund of the court fees. The learned counsel also prays for refund of the statutory deposits, which are directed to be transferred before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. The Tribunal to deal with the withdrawal application, if filed, in accordance with law.
