The applicants are seeking permission to bring themselves on record being the legal heirs of sole appellant Shri Bhaskar Rajaram Joshi, who admittedly died on 27/06/2018, by condoning the delay of 1465 days. 3.

There is no strong objection from other side and therefore, considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-A and disposed of accordingly.
