Learned counsel for the acquiring body presented in Court separate applications, in all these appeals for extension of time for depositing the amount. By the order dated 23rd October, 2015 time was given to the acquiring body to deposit entire amount of compensation within 10 weeks. The amount is not deposited. In view of this circumstance and as the Award is of the year 2012 this Court holds that this way extension cannot be granted. However, liberty is given to the Applicant, acquiring body

-:(2):- to apply for time whenever the amount is ready with the acquiring body. In view of this, all the applications for stay and extension of time are rejected.

Both the sides agree to argue for final disposal at admission stage on the next date.
