Petitioner claims non-compliance of the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 02/04/2025 passed in Writ Petition No.4407/2025, to the Scrutiny Committee to take decision in the case of petitioner within a period of 30 days. 2.

Learned AGP, on instructions from the Law OfÏcer of the Committee who is present in the Court, makes a statement that within two weeks the petitioner's claim would be decided. 3.

We record the said statement as undertaking to this Court and dispose of the contempt petition.
