The petitioner's proposal is pending with the Scrutiny Committee. He intends to ensure admission for Post Graduate Medical Course.

The learned advocate for the petitioner points out that there are several validities in the blood relation, some of which, have been issued with certificates of validity pursuant to the orders of this Court. The petitioner has also submitted application to the Scrutiny Committee on 22.07.2024, making a request that if the Committee is ready, he would adopt the reply filed by his blood relative - Srushti Gangadhar Kaudewar to the vigilance report conducted in her matter. 3.

Let the petitioner appear before the Committee tomorrow

2 925.WP-10036-2024.doc i.e. 13.09.2024. The Committee shall thereafter consider his request, submitted by way of application dated 22.07.2024 (Exhibit-G) and decide the proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three weeks.
