It is being pointed out that though the proposal was submitted long back, contemplating that the claim would not be accepted as the tribe certificate was not in 'C' format, the petitioner had obtained a certificate in the prescribed format, submitted it to the committee online and then sought the proposal to be disposed of for considering the fresh certificate. It is also being pointed out that vigilance was conducted, reply is also filed and the committee be directed to decide the petitioner's proposal at the earliest.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to appear before the committee tomorrow i.e. 19 September 2024 and requesting the committee to decide the proposal as expeditiously as possible.
