Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending before the Committee since September, 2013. The same is not being decided and the College is asking the petitioner to pay the fees. The learned counsel for Respondent No.3 submits that the petitioner is in last year and letter is issued by the institute that the petitioner is not cooperating in the Vigilance Inquiry.

Learned A.G.P. states that as the petitioner is not cooperating, the inquiry has prolonged.

The petitioner is duty bound to cooperate in the validation proceedings and in the Vigilance Inquiry.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 31.1.2017 and shall cooperate with the Committee in expeditious disposal of the validation proceedings. The petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from today, shall file an undertaking with the Respondent No.3 that in case his tribe claim is invalidated, he will pay full fees as applicable to the candidate of open category to the Respondent No.3 Institute. The Committee shall complete the validation proceedings within nine (9) months. 6.
If the petitioner does not cooperate in the said proceedings, the protection given to the petitioner will be withdrawn. 7.
