Heard learned counsel for applicant. The learned counsel submitted that in the memo of Writ Petition No.11377/2014, filed by the present petitioner-applicant, Exhibit number of the application, the order passed under which was challenged by filing the writ petition, had been wrongly mentioned as "Exhibit-155", whereas, it must have been "Exhibit-135". The learned counsel submitted that application at Exhibit-155 in the record of the trial court has already been allowed by the trial court. The learned counsel submitted that inadvertently, Exhibit number of the said application was wrongly mentioned in the writ petition and hence in the order passed by this

(2) court also, the same exhibit number has been mentioned. The learned counsel has, therefore, prayed for substituting the exhibit number of the said application that has mentioned in clause (6) of the order dated 5th July, 2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly conceded for accepting the request. In view of the above, following order is passed, -

ORDER

In the order passed by this Court on 5th July, 2019, particularly last line of clause (6), thereof, the words "Exhibit-155", be substituted by the words "Exhibit-135". Corrected writ be issued accordingly.
