The petitioner has put forth a prayer that this court should direct respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to ensure recovery of Rs.28,74,315/- as being illegally disbursed to respondent No.4. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition so as to avail of the remedies, as are permissible in law, for recovery of the amount as well as in relation to the purported conduct of respondent No.4, as a Joint Secretary of the Trust. 3.

With such liberty kept open, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
