Order :- 1.

The petitioner claims to be belonging to "Rajput Bhamta" which is included in NT Category. The petitioner has been admitted to Engineering Course in respondent No. 4- College as against a seat reserved for NT Category. The caste certificate verification proposal tendered by the petitioner is pending consideration with respondent No. 2- Committee.

In the facts of the case, this petition can be disposed of by directing respondent No. 2 - Committee to take a decision on the caste certificate verification proposal in respect of petitioner which is pending with respondent No. 2-Committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today and it is accordingly directed.

In the meanwhile, respondent No. 4 - College shall permit the petitioner to prosecute further studies subject to decision in respect of the caste certificate verification claim pending with respondent No. 2Committee. 4.
