We have heard learned counsel for the applicants for some time.

It appears that after filing of the charge-sheet, the trial court has framed charge against the applicants-accused persons and the other co-accused persons by order dated 24.02.2020. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that even though charge was framed way back in the year 2020, the trial is yet not commenced. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application. Learned counsel however

936-CriAppln-2934-2019 -2submits that necessary directions may be given to the trial court for expeditious disposal of the case in a time-bound manner. 4.

Leave granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

It appears that though the trial court has framed charge on 24.02.2020, however, till this date the trial is not commenced. In view of the same, we direct the trial court to decide the case bearing R.C.C. No. 567 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
