Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that while withdrawing 75% amount bank guarantee is given for 50% amount and undertaking is given for 25% amount. By relying upon the order of Hon'ble Apex Court in connected matters, he seeks withdrawal of remaining amount of 25% on undertaking.

In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the connected matters, applicant is entitled for ca14549.22.odt
