All these applications are filed seeking restoration of appeals by setting aside the order passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court dated 01.03.2022. Consequent to the said conditional order, for non-removal of office objections within the time stipulated, registration of the appeals is automatically refused. Learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove the office objections within five weeks from today.

For the reasons mentioned in the applications, the same are allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C". The appeals are restored. The office objections shall be removed within five weeks. (ABHAY S. WAGHWASE, J.) vre
