The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the representations set out in prayer Clause 'D' may be decided by respondent no.5. Prayer Clause 'D' reads as under:- "D. The respondents may kindly be directed to decide the representations dated 31.05.2022, 06.06.2022 and 23.06.2022 and 06.07.2022 filed by the petitioners and respondents may kindly be directed to pay all retirement benefits with arrears along with pay difference amount of 5th, 6th and 7th Pay Commission, monitory benefits of time bound promotion to the petitioners within a period of three weeks from the date of order."

Considering an innocuous prayer made before us, this petition is disposed off. We

(2) 212-wp-10538-2022 expect respondent no.5 to consider the said representations on their own merits and strictly in accordance with the rules and policies applicable and by considering the relevant record. Let this exercise be completed on or before 31.01.2023. 3.

The petitioners shall serve a copy of this order on respondent no.5 within two weeks from today.
