According to the learned Addl. G.P., one post can be filled in from the category of compassionate appointment.

The steps should be taken to fill in the post on compassionate appointment.

The learned A.G.P. relies on the communication dated 10.2.2020. As the steps are being taken to fill in the post by compassionate appointment, no further orders are necessary.

The respondents shall consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground in Group - D on its own merits. 6.
