Learned Counsel for applicants submits that, during the pendency of appeal Nivrutti Gangaram Gundale and Babu Nivrutti Gundale are died. Applicant Nos.1A to 1C are heirs and legal representatives of the deceased Nivrutti Gangaram Gundale and applicant Nos.1/D-1 to 1/ D-3 are heirs and legal representatives of the deceased Pooja K.

{2} 907-CA-14718-2022 Babu Nivrutti Gundale. Hence, it is necessary to take their names on record and requested to allow the application. 3.

Considering the submissions of learned Counsel for applicants and reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'.
