Heard learned counsel for the applicants. Perused the applications.

The appellant Sojarbai Bhausaheb Samudre passed away on 29.06.2015. Her legal heirs are intending to pursue the appeal and therefore they seek permission to cause their appearance on record. The learned counsel for the applicants also submits that respondent No.1 Manik Baliram Bhore is also no more and died on 27th December, 2016 and his legal heirs are required to be brought on record. Therefore the applicants seek permission to bring his legal heirs on record. 3.

In view of the nature of subject matter and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the 1/2

924.odt applicants are allowed to cause their appearance in the proceedings of appeal as appellants. Moreover, the permission is granted to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 Manik Baliram Bhore on record. Applicants to carry out requisite amendments within two weeks.

Accordingly both the applications are disposed of in above terms.
