Yesterday, we had received the letter from Mr. B. K. Patwardhan & Sau. Prabha Patwardhan. It is stated that, they are residing in Vrudhashram of Aastha Foundation and they have been asked to exit. They were personally present in the Court. We had asked the learned Government Pleader to take instructions as to whether the arrangements can be made for them.

Mr. Karlekar, the learned Additional Government Pleader communicated with the office of the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare, Aurangabad. The office of the Social Welfare, Aurangabad communicated that, at present, the office of the Assistant Commissioner Social Welfare, Aurangabad would make arrangement of stay for Mr. and Mrs. Pathwardhan at Aadhar Vrudhashram, Near Renuka Mata Mandir, Beed by Pass, Aurangabad and the office of the Social Welfare is

WP-11770-2021.odt taking efforts to make the arrangements of Mr. and Mrs. Pathwardhan at some other Vrudhashram.

The apprehension of these petitioners at present stands redressed.

The learned Additional Government Pleader informs that, the petitioners were staying in many other Vrudhashrams and were creating problems for the other inmates also. It is expected that, the petitioners would not create problems to the Vrudhashram and other inmates.

As the arrangement has been made by the office of the Social Welfare at Aadhar Vrudhashram, Near Renukmata Mata Mandir, Beed by Pass, Aurangabad, the apprehension of the applicants stands redressed.

Ms. Shital Waghmare, the learned counsel assisted the petitioners.

7.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
