After hearing the learned advocate for the applicant for some time, when this Court was not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment and order, at that time, the learned Advocate for the applicant sought time to take instructions as to whether the applicant wants to withdraw the application or proceed with it. Therefore, the matter was kept in after afternoon Session. 2.
