Neither the GPA document is placed on record, nor is the locus of the Petitioner explained in the entire memo of the Writ Petition. The Petitioner prays that a plot allotted by the MIDC to the National Rural Drinking Water Scheme, be cancelled and it be allotted to his Weigh Bridge business.

The Writ Petition is bereft of details. The Petitioner does not make out any right vested in the Petitioner. The Petitioner has not delved upon his locus standi. The Petitioner has not put forth any reason, which could be considered for canceling the plot allotted to the National Rural Drinking Water Scheme. 4.
