These are applications for condonation of delay. Mr.Gaikwad, the learned counsel submits that the applicants have given undertaking that for the 1/2

942-delay.doc delayed period, they would not claim statutory benefit, in case the compensation amount is enhanced. In companion references, the court has granted more compensation, against which the acquiring body has filed appeal. Present appeals can be considered along-with it.
