Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.3 to enter the name of the petitioner in Shalarth Pranali/I.D. system. 2.
Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the proposal was submitted by his school on 18.07.2024 and it is not yet been responded. Learned AGP waives notice for all the respondents and places on record photocopy of the letter dated 24.01.2025, which is now marked as Exhibit-'X'. It appears that by Outward No.1222 dated 25.02.2025, copy of the said letter was sent to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule. The said proposal dated 18.07.2024 was scrutinized by respondent No.3 and in all, four deficiencies have been noted. It has [1]
995-wp-13849-2025.odt been stated that the Education Officer should get the deficiencies removed and should resubmit the proposal. Copy of the said letter has also been given to the school. Under the said circumstance, it is for the school to remove those deficiencies and resubmit the proposal. The school is not party respondent, but petitioner may make a representation and get the said deficiencies removed from the school, if already not got done and resubmit the proposal to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule within a period of 15 days from today. The Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule to forward the said proposal within further 15 days to respondent No.3. Upon receipt of the said resubmitted proposal, respondent No.3 to decide the said proposal within a period of two months after its receipt. 3.
