CA2184.19 (2) filing the petition, inadvertently, respondent No. 1 was made as party, though neither any grievance is raised nor any relief is claimed from respondent No. 1.

In view of the submission of learned Counsel and the ground referred to in the application at para - 2, the application is allowed. 4.

Necessary amendment / deletion be carried out by Friday i.e. 8th February, 2019.
